Condition for fault identification
Other voltage related preconditions:
- Supply voltage between 9 V and 16 V.
Temperature related-precondition:
- Shut down engine while it is hot.
- After shutdown, the coolant temperature must be higher than or equal to 80.25 °C and then fall to below 39.75 °C.
- Additionally the difference in coolant temperature must exceed 39.75 °C.
Time related-precondition:
- 21 s after engine start.
Other preconditions:
- Cold start.
Terminal status:
- Terminal 15 on.
