Possible Fault Causes

Knock sensor signal too high. Sensor's threaded connection is loose or (wire connecting knock sensor 1 to engine-management control module is shorted to positive, not immediately apparent, because data are not always above this threshold when the error with short to positive occurs, can also generate a MIN fault!!!!)
