51 16 368 Replace right glove box with housing

Necessary preliminary tasks 

• Modify glove box lid  . See 5145195 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING TRIM FOR INSTRUMENT PANEL, BOTTOM RIGHT  or 5116365 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING GLOVEBOX COVER 
• Modify footwell light

  If the replacement smart card (supplied with the new glove box) does not correspond to the original smart card of the vehicle, then 

  • the original smart card should continue to be used.
  • the replacement smart card should be disposed.
