51 16 163 Removing and installing/replacing rear center console trim
Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove SIDE CARPET FROM STORAGE COMPARTMENT on left and right.
NOTE:
Driver's seat removed for purposes of clarity.
Release left and right screws (1).
Lift retaining tabs (2) on left and right over catches and remove rear center console trim (3) from center console.
Installation:
Make sure wiring harnesses are correctly routed.
Disconnect plug connections (1) and remove rear center console trim (2).
Replacement:
Remove SOCKET TRIM IN CENTRE CONSOLE (REAR) .
If necessary, remove CONTROL PANEL FOR REAR CABIN A/C SYSTEM .
If necessary, remove DVD PLAYER IN REAR CONSOLE .
