Monitoring criteria

The fault is recognized when no voltage is present at Pin 3 (emergency default input terminal) for the intercooler water pump when Terminal 15 is on or voltage is present when Terminal 15 is off.
Potential problem source(s):
-Collateral fault when defects occur on LIN bus, especially when diagnostic fault code 0x20A001 is logged
