Monitoring criteria

The fault is recognized when the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal have been depressed simultaneously for a specific period.

Potential problem source(s):

-Operator error: Continuous, simultaneous pressure on accelerator and brake pedal

-Sticking accelerator pedal
