51 47 105 Removing and installing/replacing trim on D-pillar at bottom left or right

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Remove FLAP IN LEFT OR RIGHT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM PANEL 

Unclip cover (1) in direction of arrow.

Installation note: 

Catches on trim (1) must not be damaged.

Release screws (1).

Detach trim (2) at clip (3) and remove inwards.

Installation note: 

If necessary, replace faulty clip (3).
