51 41... Removing and installing/replacing dummy cover or tweeter cover on left or right door trim panel

Special tools required:

When working on trim panel components, make sure that visible surfaces are not scratched or damaged (e.g. by sharp-edged tools).

Removal:

Version up to 04/2014:

Lever out dummy cover (1) or tweeter speaker cover at front using special tool 64 1 020 and remove.

Version after 04/2014:

Lever out dummy cover (1) or tweeter speaker cover at front using special tool 64 1 020 .

If necessary, disconnect plug connection and remove cover.

Installation:

Version up to 04/2014:

Mount dummy cover (1) or tweeter speaker cover.

Version after 04/2014:

Connect plug connection.

Mount dummy cover (1) or tweeter speaker cover.

Replacement: Remount SWITCH FOR CENTRAL LOCKING SYSTEM .
