11 61 365 Removing and installing/replacing left-hand charge air duct (N20)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

(1) Unlocked

(2) Locked

Installation note: 

Ensure locking clamps are correctly fitted.

Lock must engage.

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Unlock snap fastener (2 and 3).

Remove charge air duct.

Installation note: 

Visually inspect the form sealing ring (1) for correct position and damage.

VDA couplings are correctly fitted when they snap into place with an audible click.

Unlock snap fastener (1).

Installation note: 

The snap fastener (1) must snap audibly into place!

Installation note:

Assemble engine.
