WARNING: Follow SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS  for working on vehicles with airbag systems (risk of injury).
IMPORTANT: Risk of damage! Do not use sharp tools in the area of the head airbag.
IMPORTANT: Spread protective mats in working area to prevent metal chips from drilling operations from damaging the interior:
  • Dashboard
  • Entrance area
  • Passenger compartment

Drill off rivet head at bracket for folding pack head airbag with a twist drill (dia. 10 mm).

Installation note: 

Rivet bracket for folding pack head airbag with rivet gun (blind rivet dia. 6.4 mm).

Avoid rivet inclination.
