51 45 184 Removing and installing/replacing panel for pedals
IMPORTANT:
Risk of damage!
When working on trim panel components, make sure that the sensitive surfaces are not scratched or damaged.

Release screws (1) of trim panel for pedal (2).
Slightly lower trim panel for pedal (2).
NOTE:
Shown removed here for purposes of clarity.
Disconnect plug connections from footwell light (2) and diagnostic MOST interface (5).
Only for optional equipment:
- Disconnect plug connection for Bluetooth aerial (1).
- Disconnect acoustic signal (3) plug connection.
Remove trim panel for pedal (4).
Installation:
Feed in trim panel for pedal (4) first in the brackets (arrow).
Replacement
- Modify footwell light (2)
- Modify MOST diagnostic interface (5).
Only for optional equipment:
- Modify Bluetooth aerial (1)
- Modify acoustic signal (3)
