51 23 110 Removing and installing/replacing left engine compartment lid catches

Disconnect cable for front engine compartment lid catches and Bowden cable for engine compartment lid at rear at coupling (1).

Operation is described in:

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 51 23 2AZ .

Catch with microswitch: 

Detach plug connection from microswitch.

Disengage Bowden cable (2) from engine compartment lid catch (1).
