11 61 365 Removing and installing/replacing front left charge air duct (N55): Notes

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Release screw (1).

Tightening torque 17 10 4AZ .

Unlock snap fastener (1).

Detach charge air duct (2) from charge air cooler connection (3).

Installation note: 

The seal inside the snap fastener must be coated with anti-friction agent.

Charge air duct (2) must snap audibly into place!

Unfasten hose clamp (2).

Release charge air duct (3) from gaiter (1).

NOTE: Remove charge air duct (3) in upward direction by simultaneously turning anti-clockwise (see Fig 3 of arrow).

Assemble engine.
