51 71 039 Removing and installing/replacing front left or right wheel arch cover (rear section)

NOTE: Prior to removing, pay attention to the exact installation position with respect to the adjoining components.

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Unscrew all bolts.

Release expanding rivets (2).

Release expanding rivet (3).

Carefully feed out wheel arch cover (1) towards bottom.

Installation note:

If necessary, replace faulty expanding rivets.

Ensure wheel arch cover (1) is correctly seated.
