11 61 365 Removing and installing/replacing front left charge-air duct (N54): Notes

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Release screw (1).

Tightening torque 17 10 4AZ .

Unlock quick-connect coupling (1).

Detach charge-air duct (2) from intercooler connection (3).

Installation:

The seal inside the quick-connect coupling must be coated with anti-friction agent.

Charge-air duct (2) must snap audibly into place!

Unfasten hose clip (2).

Tightening torque 11 61 3AZ .

Release charge-air duct (3) from gaiter (1).

NOTE: Remove charge-air duct (3) in upward direction by simultaneously turning counterclockwise (see direction of arrow).

Assemble engine.
