Condition for fault identification

Test condition:

The fault is recognized when a short circuit is present in the wire to the radiator vent slats.

Potential problem source(s):

• Defect in wiring harness between radiator vent slats and DME
• Radiator vent slat assembly is defective

Terminal condition: Terminal 15

Voltage condition:

• Onboard electrical system voltage between 9 V and 16 V

Temperature condition:

• None

Time condition:

• None

Other conditions:

• none
