Removal & Installation

- Drain differential oil. Disconnect drive shaft from input flange. Remove speedometer signal sensor (if applicable). Disconnect left and right stabilizer mounts. Remove left and right axle shaft bolts. See Figure . Suspend axle shafts with wire.
- Support differential with a transmission jack. Remove differential mounting bolts. See Fig 1 . Slowly lower jack. Remove differential toward rear. To install, reverse removal procedure.
