Condition for fault identification

Test condition:

The fault is recognized when sticking/seizure causes the current draw at the intercooler water pump to become too high.

Potential problem source(s):

• Foreign matter
• Friction
• Coolant mixture ratio incorrect
• Intercooler water pump defective

Terminal condition: Terminal 15

Voltage condition:

• Electrical system voltage > 10 V

Temperature condition:

• None

Time condition:

• None

Other conditions:

• No faults should be present on the LIN bus
