Condition for fault identification

Test condition:

The fault is recognized when the difference between the specified and actual values for the intercooler water pump's rotation speed rises above a limit value.

Potential problem source(s):

• Friction
• Air in system
• Defective wiring harness
• Intercooler water pump defective

Terminal condition: Terminal 15

Voltage condition:

• Electrical system voltage > 12.5 V

Temperature condition:

Engine temperature > 70°C

Time condition:

• None

Other conditions:

• No faults should be present on the LIN bus
