Monitoring criteria

The fault is recognized when the voltage values for the two throttle valve sensors are not within the valid range for the emergency-air position while an activation signal is being applied (Sensor 1: 0.74 V +/- 0.3 V; Sensor 2: 4.26 V +/- 0.3 V) Potential problem source(s):

-Defect in wiring harness between DME and throttle valve 2
