51 34 160 Remove and install/replace cover on side window frame (rear door) at inside left or right
Necessary preliminary work:
- Open side window
- Remove rear door trim panel
- With roller sunblind optional equipment only:
Remove roller sunblind on side window
NOTE:
Cover on window frame (1+2) is two-piece.
Not for roller sunblind optional equipment:
- Unclip cover on window frame (2) in direction of arrow and remove.
Installation note:
- Clip cover on window frame (2) at top neatly to cover on window frame (1).
Pull out cover on window frame (1) downwards in direction of arrow first, then take it off completely.
Installation note:
Feed cover on window frame (2) neatly into the gap of the rubber window seal (1).

- Unclip cover on window frame (2) in direction of arrow and remove.
Installation note:
- Clip cover on window frame (2) at top neatly to cover on window frame (1).
Pull out cover on window frame (1) downwards in direction of arrow first, then take it off completely.
Installation note:
Feed cover on window frame (2) neatly into the gap of the rubber window seal (1).
