17 11 035 Removing And Installing/Replacing Fan Cowl With Electric Fan (N55)

Necessary preliminary work:

Turn off ignition.
Remove CROSS CONNECTION .

Release screw (1) on fan cowl.

Tightening torque: 17 10 4AZ .

Detach charge air duct (2) from fan cowl.

Unlock and disconnect plug (1) on fan cowl on right.

Unclip fan cowl (1) at clamps (2) on left and right, feed out in upward direction and remove.

Installation:

Insert retaining tab (1) at bottom on module carrier.

NOTE: Check stored fault message.
Reassemble the vehicle.
Delete fault memory.
