Removing The Wheel Arch

Affix door aperture at the dot weld flanges using supporting strut (1).

Mark severance cut (1) in accordance with specified dimension and cut.

IMPORTANT: Cut outer panel only.
Dimensions a = approx. 140 mm from roof edge.
Open welded connections in areas (2).

Installation note:

Apply window glass adhesive to CAVITY SEALING (3).

Mark severance cut (1) in accordance with specified dimension and cut.

IMPORTANT: Cut outer panel only.
Dimension a = approx. 30 mm from lock striker reinforcement.
Open welded connections in areas (2).

Installation note:

Apply window glass adhesive to CAVITY ACOUSTIC BAFFLE (3).

Open welded connections in areas (1).

Installation note:

Weld new components in areas (2) additionally.
