New Part Preparation

Prepare REINFORCEMENT PLATES  at the C-pillar cross-section.

Mark new part in accordance with severance cut on vehicle + 20 mm extra material and cut (1).

Slide the new part under the weld point flange in area (3).

Prepare areas (2) and (3) for plug welding.
