17 11 100 Removing and installing/replacing coolant expansion tank (N55)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Release and disconnect coolant hoses (3).

Release screws (1).

Tightening torque 17 10 4AZ .

Lift expansion tank (2) slightly until connector on coolant level switch at bottom is accessible.

Release and unplug connector from coolant level switch.

Remove coolant expansion tank (2).

Installation note:

Insert locating pin in rubber grommet.

VENT COOLING SYSTEM and check for leaks.
