1353330 Replacing all leakage oil lines (M57T2)

Special tools required 

Necessary preliminary tasks 

IMPORTANT: It is essential to adhere to conditions of absolute cleanliness when working on the fuel system.
  • Do not allow any dirt particles or foreign bodies to get into the system
  • Use only fluff-free cloths
  • Remove all traces of dirt before removing pipes or individual components

Push special tool 13 0 170 in direction of arrow onto connection (1).

Illustration shows injector removed:

Following procedure applies to all cylinders:

Grip connection for leakage oil line (1).

Release lock (2) with special tool 13 0 170 in direction of arrow.

Following procedure applies to all cylinders:

Detach connection (1) for leakage oil line in direction of arrow from injector (2).

Installation: 

Replace sealing rings on injector.

Release clamp (1).

Carefully detach leakage oil line (2).
