51 16... Removing and installing/replacing protective cap on mirror base

Necessary preliminary work: 

• Remove EXTERIOR MIRROR ON FRONT DOOR 

Pull the protective cap (1) off the mirror base (2) toward the inside.

Installation note: 

Fit protective cap (1) flush with mirror base edge.
