Repair procedures (plant/service)
- Visual inspection of wiring and plugs (water or corrosion in plug?)
- Repeatedly remove the plug and then FIRMLY insert it again
- Electrical check of wiring
- Check catalytic converter (FSD lean fault may be entered for the other bank)
- Piston rings, injector valves, positive crankcase ventilation OK? FSD fault? Then continue there!
- Replace wires or plugs on O2 sensors as indicated
- Replace O2 sensor
