Axle Carrier Rubber Mounts: Assembly

  1. Coat rubber mount with Circolight anti-friction agent. Arrows (1) and stops (2) of center sleeve must point in longitudinal direction (F) of vehicle when rubber mount is installed. See Fig 1 .
  2. Draw in rubber with special tool (33 4 155/156/157/159) as far as it will go. See Fig 2 .
  3. Raise rear axle carrier into place and install. See AXLE CARRIER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
