51 14 010 Removing and installing/replacing rear BMW badge

Special tools required 

NOTE: For special tools, refer to BODY EQUIPMENT - SPECIAL TOOLS - 645CI (E63) .
NOTE: The rear BMW badge is secured with adhesive tape. The position of the badge is determined by two guide pins on the back. The BMW badge must be fitted at room temperature.

Carefully heat BMW badge with a hot air blower.

Use special tool 00 9 322 to remove.

Installation: 

Adhesive tape and residue must be removed prior to fitting.
