11 37 022 Removing and Installing/Replacing Servomotor For Left And Right Eccentric Shaft (N73)

Cylinder bank 1 to 6 is identical to 7 to 12.

NOTE: Illustrations show N62 and N73.

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove intake air manifold. See 11 61 050 Removing and Installing Intake Air Manifold (N73)

Unlock plug connection (1) on servomotor (2) and disconnect.

NOTE: Illustrations show N62.

Release hose clip (1).

Loosen screws (2).

Remove split holder (3).

Loosen screws (4).

Remove servomotor (5).

Installation:

Replace sealing ring on spacer.

Ensure correct installation position.
