11 12 719 Resurfacing Cylinder Head Sealing Face (N73)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove cylinder head. See 11 12 105 Removing and Installing Left Cylinder Head (N73)
Remove inlet and exhaust camshafts. See 11 31 032 Removing and Installing/Replacing Left Inlet Camshaft (N73)

Check evenness of cylinder head sealing face with a standard straight-edge (1).

NOTE: Max. deviation from level (longitudinal) 0.10 mm

NOTE: A 0.3 mm thick cylinder head gasket is available for machined (milled) cylinder heads.

Assemble engine.
