11 23 010 Removing And Installing/Replacing Vibration Damper (N62/N62TU)

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Release screws and remove vibration damper (1).

NOTE:

When working with BMW ALPINA B7 vehicles, the additional belt pulley of the radial seal must also be removed.

When replacing screws, pay attention to a changed screw length for BMW ALPINA B7 vehicles.

Installation: 

Vibration damper is secured on hub with an alignment pin (4).

Installation: 

Set bore hole (2) in the vibration damper (1) onto the dowel pin the in hub.

Fit disk (3).

Replace screws.

Tightening torque: 11 23 3AZ  . See VIBRATION DAMPER for specs.
