13 54 251 Replacing intake hose (between connecting piece and throttle assembly) (M54)

Switch off ignition.

E53 only: 

Detach vacuum lines (1 and 2) from intake hose (3).

Z3, E39 and E53: 

Release clips (1).

Pull intake hose (2) out of connecting piece.

Release screw.

Remove suction jet pump (1) from intake air manifold.

Release hose clamps (1).

Detach intake hose from throttle assembly and idle speed control valve.
