51 41... Replacing speaker cover (mid-range speaker) on left or right front door trim panel

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove DOOR TRIM PANEL .
Remove MID-RANGE SPEAKER .

Remove plastic welded joints (1) on speaker cover (2) completely.

Installation note:

Speaker cover (2) can only be installed in one position.

Attach speaker cover (1) to door trim panel.

Secure clamps (3) to plastic guides (2) so that speaker cover (1) rests fully on door trim panel.

NOTE: Shorten protruding plastic guides (2) by measurement (A).

(A) = 2 mm
