Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Disconnect battery negative lead , see 61 20 900 DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD .
- Remove roofliner , see 51 44 011 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING ROOFLINER (VERSION WITH SLIDE/TILT SUNROOF) .
