65 50 011 Removing and installing (replacing) video module for on-board monitor

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Disconnect battery negative lead , see 61 20 900 DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD .
- Remove luggage compartment trim on left, see 51 47 172 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FLAP IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM, LEFT OR RIGHT .
- Remove left storage compartment , see 51 47... REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING STORAGE COMPARTMENT IN LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT ON LEFT OR RIGHT .
Release bolts (1).
Feed out video module (2) complete with holder towards top.
NOTE:
The number of plug connections (1) and screws (2) can vary, depending on the video module version.
Disconnect plug connection (1).
Release screws (2) and remove holder from video module for on-board monitor.
Replacement:
Carry out vehicle programming and coding .
After replacing the video module and programming, it is absolutely essential to reset the TV standard of the country in question.
