51 43 230 Removing and installing/replacing trim on C-pillar at bottom left or right

Special tools required:

00 9 317 , see 00 9 317 TRIM PANEL WEDGE .

Detach mucket (1) along trim (2).

Release clips (3 and 4) with special tool 00 9 317 .

Installation:

Make sure the trim cover is correctly seated in mounts.

Installation:

Guides (1 and 2) on trim (4) must not be damaged.

Replace missing and damaged clips (3 and 5).

Fit all clips with sealing ring.

Make sure clips are installed in correct position.
