51 49 017 Removing and installing/replacing trim panel for rear window frame on (inside) left or right

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove trim panel at top, see 51 49 002 Removing and installing/replacing (upper) panel for rear window frame .

Detach trim panel (1) from retainers (2) towards inside.

Installation:

If necessary, replace faulty retainers (2).

Installation:

Lugs (1) on panel (2) must not be damaged.
