51 12 828 Removing and installing/replacing guide for rear left or right bumper

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove rear bumper, see 51 12 156 Removing and installing rear bumper trim

NOTE: The operation is described on the left side; proceed in the same way for the right side.

Version with TV function:

Feed aerial/antenna (1) out of guides (3) and through opening (2).

Installation note:

Make sure aerial/antenna is laid correctly.

Release screws (1 and 2).

Unscrew nuts (3).

Take off holder (4).

Tightening torque 51 12 3AZ , see 51 12 REAR BUMPER ..

Installation note:

Guides in area (A) of bracket (1) must not be damaged.
