26 20 000 Removing and installing front propeller shaft

IMPORTANT: Do not move vehicle with drive power once propeller shaft has been removed.

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

Release screws.

Installation: 

Replace screws.

Tightening torque, see 26 11 9AZ .

Slide propeller shaft towards rear and remove.

Installation: 

Slide propeller shaft fully towards rear.

Cup seal (1) must snap audibly into place and rest entirely on dust guard (2).
