Repair procedures (plant/service)

  1. Check DK throttle valve assembly for mechanical resistance and mechanical connection
  2. Check plug, wiring harness and power supply,
  3. Clear fault memory, EDR electronic throttle valve control system test
  4. Replace throttle valve sensor DKG2,
  5. Clear fault memory, EDR system test
  6. Replace EDR2
