Lower stabilizer bar on front axle and secure (e.g. with cable strap). Refer to FRONT ACTIVE STABILIZER BAR .

Loosen screws (1).

Remove lines (2) and (3).

Installation:

Replace sealing rings.

Observe tightening torque, 64 52 1AZ. Refer to HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING - TIGHTENING TORQUES - 745i - E65 .

Disconnect plug connection (1).

NOTE: Secure A/C compressor (3) against falling down.

Release screw (2) and remove with bushing behind.

Installation:

Make sure bushing is correctly fitted.
