51 24 149 Replacing valve on hydraulic unit

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove hydraulic unit for rear lid actuation, refer to 51 24 150 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING HYDRAULIC UNIT FOR REAR LID ACTUATION (ELECTROHYDRAULIC-FULLY AUTOMATIC)

Release screws (1).

Detach valve (2) from hydraulic unit (3).

Tightening torque 51 24 9AZ. Refer to BODY EQUIPMENT - TIGHTENING TORQUES .

Installation:

Sealing rings (1) on valve (2) must not be damaged.

Installation:

No dirt may enter bore (1) on hydraulic unit (2).
