Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove decorative strip on window frame of rear door, refer to 51 34 380 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING DECORATIVE STRIP ON WINDOW FRAME OF REAR DOOR (OUTER) ON LEFT OR RIGHT

Lever out rubber guide (2) on door window frame (1) with special tool 00 9 317.

Pull rubber guide (1) out of window guide at front and rear.

Pull rubber guide (1) off door window frame and remove.

Installation:

Prior to installation, coat rubber guide (1) with soapy solution (washing-up liquid).

Ensure rubber guide (1) is correctly seated in rubber guide.
