51 47 490 Removing and installing / replacing front underbody protection: Notes

Release expansion rivet (1).

Release screws (2) and then catches in area (A).

Remove underbody protection (3) towards rear.

Installation:

Ensure correct seating.

Centre underbody protection (3) and secure.

Version with bad weather package:

Release screws (1).

Release screws (2) and remove underbody protection (3) downwards

Installation:

Replace screws (2).

Tightening torque, 56 Nm with Torque angle of 90°.
