63 99 076 Replacing lamp for left xenon headlight

NOTE: Front wheel removed for purposes of clarity.

Unlock fasteners (1) by turning counterclockwise through 180° and fold up cover (2) in direction of arrow.

Lift locking bracket (1) out of mounts (2) and fold down as illustrated.

Feed out cover (3) in direction of arrow and remove.

Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.

Turn ignition unit for xenon headlight (2) approx. 30° in counterclockwise direction, detach from headlight (3) and remove.

Installation:

Make sure inner ring is correctly positioned in ignition unit for xenon headlight (2).

Unlock retainer (1) as illustrated on both sides.

Remove lamp for xenon headlight (2) from headlight (3).

Installation:

Note Type Of Bulb .

Make sure lamp for xenon headlight (2) is correctly seated in headlight (3).
