Valve Block (ARS): Removal

  1. Remove front right wheel arch trim.
  2. Use special tool (32 1 270) to seal off hydraulic lines.
  3. Detach hydraulic lines in sequence 1 to 6. See Fig 1 .
  4. Unlock plug connections and disconnect. Release screw (1) and remove grounding cable. Release screws (2). See Fig 2 .
  5. Carefully swivel valve block (2) out of holder. Unlock plug connection and disconnect. Unclip cable fastener (1) and remove valve block (2). See Fig 3 .
  6. Remove holder for valve block by releasing screws (1) and removing fasteners (2). See Fig 4 .
