Swivel Bearing: Installation

  1. Mount protecting plate to new swivel bearing. See Figure .
  2. Install new wheel bearing in swivel bearing. Contact face (2) of wheel bearing and swivel bearing and the threaded bores (1) must be clean and free of grease. See Figure . Tighten screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  3. Installation is reverse of removal.
