Control Arm: Installation

  1. Install new control arm. Ensure ball pin and bore are free of grease. Replace self-locking nuts. If necessary, grip at Torx socket and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  2. Perform front axle alignment check. See WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS & PROCEDURES  under ADJUSTMENTS.
